• We currently ship to the United States, free. Because the founder edition is made and encoded in limited batches, allow 1 to 2 weeks for dispatch; you'll get tracking the moment yours ships, and we'll keep you posted on timing by email.

The 30-night guarantee

Sleep with the dawnr for 30 nights. If it hasn't changed your mornings, return it for a full refund of the purchase price, no interrogation. Here's how:

1. Email info@getdawnr.com within 30 nights of delivery with your order details.
2. We'll reply with a return address and instructions.
3. Send the dawnr back in usable condition. Once it arrives, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.

Warranty

Your dawnr is covered by a limited hardware warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something fails that shouldn't have, email us with your order details and a short description, and we'll repair or replace it. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or ordinary cosmetic wear.
