1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of getdawnr.com and your purchase of the dawnr from us (“dawnr,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse it. Content and branding on the site are owned by dawnr or its licensors.
3. Purchase & price
During the pre-order window, a refundable $1 reservation locks the founder price of $49 per device, which is charged at launch. The launch price after the founder batch is $89, bought once. Prices are shown in USD and may change over time, but the price you confirm at checkout is the price for that order. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits, and will refund any amount charged.
4. 30-night guarantee
You may try the dawnr for 30 nights from delivery. If it hasn't improved your mornings, contact us within that window to return it for a full refund of the purchase price. See the shipping & returns page for how to start a return. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
5. Founder edition
The first 100 units are a limited founder edition that may include a founder perk. The founder-edition quantity is a genuine limit, not a recurring promotion. Once it's gone, founder-edition pricing or perks may no longer apply.
6. dawnr Pro (optional)
The core alarm needs no subscription. It works with your one-time purchase and requires no subscription. If we offer optional extras under the name dawnr Pro, they will be clearly described, separately priced, and entirely optional. Declining them never affects the alarm you bought.
7. Warranty
The dawnr is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or normal cosmetic wear. Where required, your statutory warranty rights are unaffected.
8. Returns
Returns are handled per the 30-night guarantee and the shipping & returns page. Items should be returned in usable condition; we'll confirm the process when you reach out.
9. EU / UK customers: right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us of your decision by email before the 14 days are up; you then return the product, and we refund the amount you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of being notified. This statutory right is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-night guarantee, which is more generous in duration.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dawnr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. dawnr is a wake-up aid; it is not a medical device and should not be relied on for safety-critical waking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and product, and replace any earlier understanding. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as supply disruption, carrier delays, or natural events.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect them. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
